Tony Mauro, former COO of Barneys and Global Director of Logistics for Gucci Group, is bringing his experience to Caring Transitions by launching his own franchise in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
After spending his entire adult life working for Fortune 500 companies, Tony decided he wanted to make a change and embark on a career that would make a difference in the lives of others. His mother passed away in 2019 and the situation was made more difficult for his family with all of them living out of state.
“My brother, sister and I all live out of town, which added to the challenges. What we needed was a compassionate, objective company to help. We needed Caring Transitions,” Mauro said.
The difficulties Tony and his family faced clearing out their mother’s home lead him to realize the need for a service like Caring Transitions.
“When you go through a family crisis, the last thing you should have to worry about is what you do with a person’s stuff,” Mauro said.” When you work with Caring Transitions, you can take that stress off your shoulders so you can focus on spending time with your loved ones.”
