When Fikany and Silvan bought their franchise back in May of 2018, they purchased the Kalispell territory, but because of the distance from Missoula, they’ve only been able to do intermittent work in that area. Now, with the full local team, they’ll be able to offer the full suite of Caring Transitions services throughout the region.
“Caring Transitions is a total solution for your transition. We want to know what you are going through so we can find the best ways to help you de-stress. Whether you’re going through a downsizing, a liquidation, a relocation, a clean out or something else, we can take that project off your shoulders and walk you through it one step at a time. We aren’t a moving company or an estate sale company – we are a problem solving company,” Silvan said. “We had always planned to serve the Kalispell and Flathead Valley region, but because of the distance between the two locations, we wanted to make sure we had a solid foundation before we expanded. Now that we’ve been open and successful operating for more than a year, we felt the timing was right to hiring a second team in that area,” Fikany said.
“We see a need for the services we offer throughout Western and Northwestern Montana. We’re looking forward to building a local team that understands the needs in the Kalispell/Flathead community so we serve our clients in the best ways possible,” Silvan added.
Fikany, a transplanted Montana resident, is married with three adult children and two grandchildren. He has been working with senior-focused businesses for the last 15 years and was looking for his next opportunity when he heard about Caring Transitions. Silvan is a Montana native and is married with two young children and has 15 years of customer service and management experience. Fikany and Silvan were recognized with the Caring Transitions’ Rising Star Award earlier this year, a national recognition given to new franchisees who have demonstrated strong leadership and business growth in their first year of operation.
