Caring Transitions is turning record-breaking 2025 momentum into a dominant start to 2026. The senior relocation and estate sale franchise opened 19 new locations in the first quarter alone — including its first-ever location in Vermont — while leads surged 25% and web traffic climbed alongside it.
Brand President Joe Lewandowski credited a multi-pronged approach: expanding the franchise footprint, investing in franchisee support, and advancing the brand's technology stack. New team member Nan Hayes joined as Director of Training and Coaching, and the brand is rolling out new pricing and productivity tools to help owners build scalable, multi-territory businesses.
The brand's proprietary online auction platform, CTBids, was a standout performer in Q1. New registrations rose 22%, online auction sales climbed 23%, and total CTBids sales grew 30% — all while the platform crossed one million active users.
With target markets like Northern California, Miami, Idaho, and New Mexico in its sights, Caring Transitions is making clear that this growth is just getting started.
