Experienced business professionals and husband and wife team Steve and Kim Beckerman are pleased to announce the launch of their new business – Caring Transitions of St. Charles and West St. Louis.
“Kim and I understand what these transitions can be like when the time comes. When her parents passed away recently, we went through the process of clearing out their home basically on our own. We gave up many weekends and took time off work – we understand the value of the services Caring Transitions can offer and we see a strong need for this company in our community,” Steve said.
Steve brings 30 years of operations management experience to Caring Transitions of St. Louis and St. Charles. Kim was the president and co-founder of her own business for 14 years. She also has 12 years of experience as an advanced planning specialist and is now director of sales, working mostly with seniors. While Steve and Kim co-own the business – and bring more than 50 years of professional experience to Caring Transitions – Steve will be taking lead on the day-to-day operations.
Kim and Steve were both widowed early in life, but found each other and were married in 2016. Kim has three daughters and Steve has two sons and one daughter. They have two grandchildren with more on the way. They are looking forward to building Caring Transitions of St. Charles and West St. Louis as a family business.
“The key for us is that this business is about families helping families during a time of need with our unique set of customizable services. We take the best interests of our clients seriously and we want them to feel like we are members of their extended family. Customer service and satisfaction are our top priorities,” Kim said. Working with Caring Transitions is a great way to get through the transitions you are facing.”
“We provide compassionate solutions for all families coping with a move, down-size or relocation. We remove the stress and provide hope to seniors and busy adults who are overwhelmed with a life-changing transition by understanding their needs, developing the best plan and completing services with a servant’s heart. Families have so much going on in their lives during this kind of transition and we see an opportunity for Caring Transitions to be a sort of buffer between a family that’s going through a sometimes emotional and stressful experience and the transition itself,” Steve added.
